STORE POLICY
Our policy is only applicable to damaged or defective items upon receipt of order. If a customer receives their item(s) damaged or defective in their order, then they may be eligible for a replacement item free of charge.
​Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the purchase date, unfortunately we unable to exchange the damaged or defective item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a replacement for a damaged or defective item please send us an email at sumaqblessing@gmail.com. We will return your email within 24 hours of receipt with instructions to verify your order and complete your replacement.
